Access to the JSFM Secretariat 

From MEGURO Staion, take the Tokyu Meguro Line to Nishikoyama station. For directions from Nishikoyama station to the JSFM Secretariat, take the station exit and turn right, and go through the narrow shopping street(NIKOMA shopping street), and keep going until you hit a junction with Road of oblique(see Google Street View), turn left to wide street and you see The JSFM Secretariat Building(see Google Street View).
